Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets. Monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. Senior Program Management Professional responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic project portfolios. Must have strong management and leadership skills, be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and proficient with portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Capable of quick decision-making, analytical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities amidst ambiguity. Oversees strategic and operational portfolios and manages relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT. Manages issue escalation/resolution processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7-9 years.
Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience.

Pay Range: $80,412 - $156,803 / annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
