Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and budgets, and monitors projects from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. Must have strong management and leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic portfolios, managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation/resolution processes.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates implementation and compliance gaps to senior management
• Develops business case methodologies and coordinates business strategy implementation
• Collaborates with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets

Preferred License, Certification, Association
