Grants Pass Treatment Center is seeking a Program Director to lead daily operations of the opiate treatment program and supervise clinical and administrative teams. You will drive performance in operations, compliance, and client service, while ensuring staff development and policy adherence.

The role includes evaluating client progress, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of training, mentorship, and continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• LPN/RN licensure in Oregon or CADC I-III certification.
• 5 years of A&D treatment experience in an opioid program with 1 year admin experience.
• Or 4 years with bachelor's degree, or 3 years with master's in a related field.
• Meets Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the opioid treatment program and supervise staff.
• Drive performance across operations, compliance, and customer service.
• Schedule staff and oversee professional development and training.
• Evaluate client progress and implement company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a Corporate Compliance Officer and resolve urgent issues.
• Monitor program performance and maintain a referral network; support quality improvement and outreach.

• Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
• Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.
• Additionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)
  • 5 years' e xperience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
  • Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
