Job summary
The Dalles Treatment Center is seeking a Program Manager, Treatment to lead daily operations of our opiate treatment program. You will supervise staff, drive performance across operations, compliance, and patient services, and shape team development.
Qualifications include Oregon licensure (LPN/RN) or CADC certification, 4–5 years in addiction treatment with admin experience, and a valid driver's license. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are offered.
Qualifications
- LPN or RN license in Oregon or CADC I-III certification is required.
- 5 years' experience in A&D treatment in opiate program with 1 year admin exp is required.
- Or 4 years' experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years' experience with a master's degree.
- Current driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the opiate treatment program and supervise staff.
- Drive performance in operations, compliance, and customer service.
- Schedule and develop staff; oversee delivery of treatment services.
- Evaluate client progress and ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct leadership meetings and act as Corporate Compliance Officer when needed.
- Monitor program performance and maintain referrals; support quality improvement and outreach.
