Job Summary
The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. This role involves delivering products through the design process to completion, planning and directing schedules and budgets, and monitoring projects from inception to delivery. The position may also include overseeing external vendors and managing system analysis and program staff. The primary focus is on project and program management, with a need for strong leadership, governance, and strategic oversight capabilities. The candidate should be experienced in presenting to C-level executives, managing portfolios, and using project management methodologies and tools.
