Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate assigned programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs. This role balances direct care with supervisory duties and requires strong leadership and program management abilities.

You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality, person-centered services, and guide program operations, budgeting and compliance. A bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a Human Services field.
• 2 years experience in developmentally disabled work is preferred.
• Experience in supervision and management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate assigned program(s) for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Coordinate and manage program operations including staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Lead and develop program staff, ensuring quality services aligned with person-centered practices.
• Monitor program goals, plans, and budgets and ensure compliance with licensing and organizational standards.
• Provide direct care when needed to support program operations.
