Ascension's Dell Children's Medical Center in Texas seeks a Program Director to lead the pediatric sickle cell disease program, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, social work, and psychology to advance care, education, and research.

You will develop evidence-based protocols, drive program growth, and cultivate partnerships with academic and community stakeholders to expand reach and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed MD/DO credentialed by the Texas Medical Board.
• MD or DO degree required for practice in Texas.
• Ability to lead pediatric multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pediatric sickle cell program with a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based protocols to improve outcomes.
• Foster academic, community, and advocacy partnerships.
• Provide clinical leadership for NASCC site activities.
