You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and regulatory submissions, coordinate study start‑ups, data quality, and reporting, and support grantsmanship.

A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in clinical research are required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Experience: 5 years in clinical research, including at least three years in project management; may include management of specific clinical trials or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with the PI and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and personnel needed and allocate as appropriate.
• Set and manage project expectations; delegate tasks and resolve issues.
• Plan timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
• Develop training documents and align processes with system changes.
• Coordinate clinical trials in accordance with trial guidelines.
