Qualifications

• MD degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multinational program implementation across countries, coordinating stakeholder mobilization, workforce development, and health systems strengthening.
• Manage partnerships with Africa CDC, ministries of health, academic institutions, NGOs, and industry.
• Build sustainable training and mentoring programs for health workers involved in SCD care.
• Integrate services into national policies, public health platforms, and digital health infrastructure.
• Oversee evaluation and continuous improvement to maximize impact and sustainability.
• Represent Texas Children's in international forums and policy discussions on SCD and child health systems.
