Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Texas licensure (LCDC/LPC/LPC-S/LCSW) is required for Texas positions.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic direction of the clinic’s staff performance.
• Recruit and hire clinic staff and ensure onboarding.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct annual evaluations.
• Address and resolve employee concerns promptly.
• Meet KPIs including patient satisfaction, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff and maintain a high-performing team.
• Ensure care is evidence-based and patient-centered.
• Perform direct patient services as needed (group/family/individual).
• Enforce code of conduct and HIPAA guidelines.
• Develop relationships with admissions, marketing, and referral sources.
