Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior program leader in Idaho to drive cross-market healthcare innovation. You will develop and launch APM programs, oversee end-to-end lifecycles, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for members, providers, and employers.

You will lead strategy, design, quality assurance, and operational sustainment while guiding multi-disciplinary teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of related experience in business or health care management.
• Preference for experience driving transformation programmatic innovation and APM development.
• Ability to lead healthcare innovation initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills with internal/external teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry trends, provider relations, and value-based reimbursement methods.
• Proven track record managing multi-discipline, high-performance teams and diverse work streams.
• Experience budgeting, organizing work, establishing success measures, and managing deliverables.
• Experience initiating and managing complex transformation programs and leading organizational change.
• Ability to construct actionable business cases and track implementation of new processes.
• Big-picture perspective with strong relationship-building and collaborative approach.

• Ensures successful outcomes for members, providers, and employers.
• Represents Network Innovations in various forums and provides thought leadership for strategic program development.
• Leads Alternative Payment Model program development and integration activities including strategy, design, architecture, quality assurance, customer experience, and operational sustainment.
• Serves as key point of contact with strategic vendors while facilitating operational and strategic interactions with internal and third‑party stakeholders.
• Identifies critical program risks and issues, drives resolution, and ensures requirements and dependencies are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
