Job summary

EAC Network in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a full-time Program Director for the Manhattan Mental Health Court with a Masters degree and licensure in LMSW/LCSW/LMHC. The role focuses on program implementation, supervision, and coordination of staff and services for the behavioral health and justice-involved population.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, hybrid work options, and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM.

Qualifications

Licensed social work/mental health professional required.
Must know resources for people with mental illness and how to work with treatment, mental health and criminal justice systems.
Supervisory experience required.
Excellent communication and data management skills.
Proficient with computer applications (calendars, email, spreadsheets, databases).

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation, supervision, problem solving, and daily operations.
Provide supervision to staff and manage intake, admission, and exit processes.
Deliver crises intervention, counseling, and advocacy services.
Identify resources and link to other service systems.
Develop relationships with community and stakeholders for program development.
Conduct site visits to partner programs and ensure service quality.
Maintain data systems, report outcomes, and support funders’ reports.
Assist in staff recruitment and retention and supervise volunteers.
Develop policies and procedures and participate in program audits.
