EAC Network in New York City seeks a full-time Clinical Director to oversee CRAN clinical operations and supervise staff providing behavioral health, reentry, and diversion services to justice-involved individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders.

The role emphasizes leadership, assessment, crisis intervention, and collaboration with hospitals and community organizations to ensure continuity of care and successful reintegration.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker, licensed mental health professional, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience with justice-involved individuals or related populations.
• Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to CRAN staff.
• Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and screenings as needed.
• Review and approve treatment plans, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Offer crisis intervention and case consultation for high-risk cases.
• Coordinate referrals across behavioral health, medical, housing, and support services.
