Job summary

EAC Network is seeking a Clinical Director/Psychologist to lead CRAN and TASC Mental Health programs in Brooklyn/Staten Island. The role conducts clinical and forensic evaluations, supports diversion and reentry planning, and supervises clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate court-facing reports.

The successful candidate will oversee assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with hospitals and community partners, maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist in NY required.
• Experience conducting psychological/forensic evaluations for court or justice system partners.
• One year minimum experience with justice-involved populations; supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessment interviews and psychological/forensic evaluations; determine scope and administrative of tests.
• Review medical and behavioral health records, criminal history, and collateral information; synthesize findings.
• Prepare clear, timely evaluation reports and court-facing documents with findings and recommendations.
• Provide clinical consultation and testimony to courts and partners when requested.
• Develop individualized treatment/service plans for diversion and reentry participants.
• Coordinate referrals with hospitals, mental health and substance use providers, and community programs; ensure continuity of care.
• Provide clinical support, crisis intervention, and case conferences for staff; perform drug testing as required.
• Supervise and train assessors, interns, fellows, and staff; review work for quality.
• Deliver staff trainings on assessment, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Maintain complete client records and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Represent the organization at stakeholder meetings, court discussions, and community events.
