Crossroads Treatment Centers in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking an experienced counselor supervisor to lead a large team within our outpatient MAT program. The role requires a four-year degree, three years of supervisory experience, and MAT expertise to ensure evidence-based care.

The successful candidate will start early mornings (5:00 AM) and will contribute to quality treatment, staff development, and maintaining compliance across facilities. Licensure in SC is preferred.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Large Team a must.
• MAT experience is required.
• Proven track record.
• Master's degree in the human services field preferred.
• Licensed Counselor in South Carolina is preferred.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
• This position requires early morning hours, beginning at 5:00 AM.
