Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Virginia seeks a licensed counseling supervisor to lead clinical teams and ensure evidence-based MAT practices.

Requirements include a four-year degree, Virginia licensure (LCSW/LPC/LSATP/CSAC) and at least three years of supervisory experience; CPR certification and a valid driver's license are required. The position begins early at 5:00 AM, with weekday clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field.
• Virginia licensure required: LCSW, LPC, LSATP or CSAC.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID and provide license/cert.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence.
• Early morning hours begin at 5:00 AM.
