Job summary

Dungarvin seeks a Program Director to oversee and coordinate multiple programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, ensure program goals are met, and maintain operations across residential and day services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services, leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities, in Kokomo, Indiana, contributing to person-centered supports and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
• At least 1 year direct experience with participants with developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience with development disabilities.
• Strong decision-making, time management and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the assigned program(s) including residential and/or day programs.
• Develop and monitor individual goals and plans; ensure program implementation.
• Manage operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects through site leadership.
