Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• At least 1 year full-time, direct experience with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development disabilities.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and successful background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program).
• Manage personnel and coordinate ongoing orientation and training.
• Monitor program operations including goals, plans, and medical/financial/maintenance aspects through site designee.
