Caring Hands Childcare & Preschool in Redford, MI is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our center, grow enrollment, and create an exceptional learning environment for children and families.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in early childhood, at least 2 years in childcare leadership, and a proven ability to mentor staff, manage operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare management or a leadership role in an early childhood setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for early childhood education.
• Knowledge of state childcare regulations and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Support and mentor teachers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow enrollment and build community relationships.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for children, staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate records, budgets, and schedules.
