Job summary

JCC Association is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the JCC Maccabi program. This full-time role reports to the Senior Vice President and focuses on strategic leadership, delegation growth, and high-quality participant experiences across North America and beyond.

The position emphasizes stakeholder relationships, program development, and on-site leadership during Games, with travel and collaboration across host communities, JCCs, and international delegations.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership and program management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accountability.
• Comfortable in customer- and stakeholder-facing roles and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for the JCC Maccabi program and lead delegation participation growth.
• Recruit and onboard new delegations, including global groups.
• Coordinate with Israel delegations and DH trainings; develop DH toolkit.
• Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns and stakeholder outreach.
• Supervise and develop the Program Manager to build a continental delegation (the J-Team).
• Oversee on-site leadership during Games and manage travel logistics.
