Job summary

The Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a full-time JCC Maccabi Assistant Games Director to orchestrate the JCC Maccabi Games under the supervision of the Games Director.

This exempt role requires coordinating committees, delegations, staff and volunteers, plus planning, outreach, newsletters, and ensuring a smooth, well-organized experience, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in Jewish engagement or education field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive work style and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist Games Director with planning and administration of the Games.
• Coordinate with steering committee chairs, committees, and staff liaisons.
• Maintain relationships with visiting delegation heads for smooth prep.
• Attend staff planning meetings and steering committee meetings.
• Develop monthly Games newsletters for delegations and volunteers.
• Support delivery of a well-planned JCC Maccabi experience.
