Job summary

The Kaiserman JCC, located on the Main Line near Wynnewood, PA, seeks a Delegation Head & Youth Sports Manager to lead Team Philadelphia for JCC Maccabi Games and manage Sunday youth leagues. The role requires coordinating recruitment, tryouts, and communications with families and coaches, while serving as spokesperson for the delegation within the agency.

Responsibilities include planning practices, attending meetings, tracking the budget, and ensuring smooth operations across all games.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in Jewish engagement or education field.
• Experience with families and children.
• Experience with Youth Sports.
• Ability to present orally and lead large program meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills for teens, parents, and coaches.
• Passion for youth development and Jewish values.
• Customer service and public relations experience.
• Flexible schedule and remote work available.

Responsibilities

• Form and manage the Team Philadelphia delegation for JCC Maccabi Games and Jr. Maccabi Games.
• Oversee Sunday Youth Sports Leagues and related activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, tryouts, and communication with families.
• Develop practice plans, schedules, and coach support.
• Attend delegation meetings and host community communications.
• Track budget and assist hosting tasks for JCC Maccabi Games.
• Represent Kaiserman JCC in the community and foster partnerships.
