JCC Association of North America seeks an experienced, strategic leader to serve as Program Director for JCC Maccabi. This full-time role provides programmatic and operational leadership, driving delegation growth, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional participant experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, JCC Maccabi, the incumbent will lead a team, collaborate across the movement, and represent JCC Maccabi in North America and globally with professionalism and integrity.

Formación

• Five or more years of professional experience.
• Experience with JCC Maccabi program.
• Demonstrated involvement in and knowledge of the Jewish community and JCC Movement.
• Sports-minded and service-focused with mission passion.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Flexible, detail-oriented and organized with multi-project management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Travel up to 15–20 percent of the time.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach.
• Experience as a JCC Maccabi Delegation Head.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy for the JCC Maccabi program and meeting delegation goals.
• Recruit and onboard new delegations, North American and global.
• Support Israel delegations with shaliach/shlicha efforts.
• Design and deliver monthly Delegation Head trainings.
• Develop DH toolkit and best practices for delegation building.
• Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with 100+ delegation representatives.
• Advise host communities on recruitment, planning and operations for the Games.
• Serve as primary liaison between delegations and the host community.
• Oversee on-site leadership during JCC Maccabi week(s).
