Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Program Director to lead In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring, overseeing clinical and administrative operations and mentoring a multidisciplinary team in community-based behavioral health services.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered care, collaboration with schools and community partners, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children, adolescents, and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related clinical field.
• Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of community-based behavioral health services.
• Experience developing teams, managing operations, and fostering positive organizational culture.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and CHD's mission.

CHD is seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to serve as Program Director for our In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring programs. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-quality, community-based behavioral health services that help children, adolescents, and families thrive.

As Program Director, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight for CBHI outreach services, leading a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You will play a key role in program development, staff mentorship, quality improvement, and community partnerships while ensuring exceptional outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

Compensation
