Job summary

Acenda Integrated Health in New Jersey seeks a Program Director – FFT to oversee the Functional Family Therapy program, supervise Therapists, Counselors and the Program Supervisor, and provide in-home FFT to a small caseload of 4–5 families weekly.

The role requires a Master's in a human services field, an NJ clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), at least 3 years of direct service experience, and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, with flexible on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters in relevant Human Services discipline required.
• NJ Clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) required.
• Three years of direct service work experience; FFT experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages therapists and the Program Supervisor in FFT implementation.
• Completes programmatic, agency and state reporting on time.
• Facilitates FFT weekly clinical consultations and supervision.
• Provides in-home FFT sessions to a small caseload of 4–5 families weekly.
• Oversees staff productivity and professional development.
• Collaborates with FFT LLC consultant to ensure program fidelity.
