Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant direct service work experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license with a good record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and supervise staff in implementing the Functional Family Therapy model.
• Conduct in-home therapeutic sessions for a small caseload.
• Facilitate staff meetings and provide individual supervision.
