Join us today, and experience a career well lived. As Program Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations across one to four programs, coordinate direct supports, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance, while recruiting and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including organization and implementation of direct supports, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and maintenance of the environment.
• Manage program staff members including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning implementation and monitor service delivery to ensure engagement and relevance.
• Available on-call to support staff, cover shifts as needed.
