Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred in human services.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication to manage relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and maintenance.
• Supervise program staff including evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging and relevant supports.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
