Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services in West Virginia. You will lead day-to-day operations of multiple community programs, ensuring person-centered planning, safety, regulatory compliance, and effective staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience in the human services field preferred.
• Per state requirements, licensure, or certification as needed.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including supports, planning, health care, advocacy, compliance, staffing, and maintenance.
• Manage program staff with performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports for individuals.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
