Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with at least 2 years in human services/child welfare.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with at least 4 years in human services/child welfare.
• Doctorate degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years senior management experience and 2 years child welfare experience preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings to coordinate services.
• Foster a trauma-focused environment and support youth.
• Assist COO with budget, goals, and objectives preparation.
• Ensure operations meet agency, state, and federal requirements.
• Direct, train, and develop direct reports.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Participate in public relations for the program.
• Oversee training curriculum and ensure compliance (MI, UC, First Aid/CPR, orientation).
• Collaborate with intake and referral teams to place youth appropriately.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and propose policy changes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
