Job summary

The Program Director at Children’s Rescue Fund oversees day-to-day management of the Belnord location in New York City, ensuring regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and high-quality service delivery.

This full-time leadership role requires a Master’s in Social Work, NYS licensure, and at least four years in human services with supervisory experience; strong crisis management and team coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college/university.
• NYS licensure (LCSW or LMSW) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of four years’ human services experience, with at least two years of managerial and supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-problem families and/or individuals desirable.
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program effectiveness and DHS-defined goals.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and service delivery integration.
• Ensure staff implement procedures to provide quality services.
