Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent degree.
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field with 5+ years in child welfare admin/CP services.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents; effective written reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate work for family services projects.
• Develop schedules and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Attend board meetings and provide comprehensive reports.
• Monitor compliance with human resource laws, contracts, and regulations.
• Lead staff development and professional growth initiatives.
• Supervise staff and post-placement services as needed.
