Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, special education, or related health field.
• Associates degree plus two years of disability services experience allowed.
• Minimum two years of leadership or business management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of the assigned EI program in compliance with company standards.
• Provide leadership and professional development for staff.
• Participate in Quality Management and strategic planning.
• Ensure EI service delivery aligns with company expectations and regulations.
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach for referrals.
• Maintain licensure and supervise FSC/DS staff as needed.
