Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in White Plains, NY is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Early Intervention Program of the Westchester Office. You will oversee staff, contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program growth, quality, and operational excellence.

The role requires NYS Special Education certification or LMSW, bilingual Spanish preferred, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on data, reporting, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold NYS Special Education certification or LMSW.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of office administration or similar experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills; communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for Early Intervention services.
• Provide leadership and oversight to management and office staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvements.
• Prepare reports and present data to senior leadership.
• Lead projects and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring decisions, and contractor rates.
• Maintain clinical and regulatory standards in evaluations.
