Job summary

Kahak Health Care Services is seeking a Program Director to oversee in-home support programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and evaluating services to ensure quality and compliance with state requirements.

The incumbent will supervise staff, coordinate with coordinators/case managers, and promote person-centered care while attending trainings and updating policies as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating services.
• Familiarity with state regulations for care programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, monitoring, and evaluation of services to meet resident needs.
• Ensure office operations, staffing, and resources run smoothly.
• Supervise program staff and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
• Attend workshops, trainings, and update policies as needed.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators/Case Managers to provide appropriate supports.
• Promote a person-centered approach to care and advocate for client well-being.
