Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 10+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
• Previous leadership or management experience and active security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse, matrixed team across multiple contracts and ensure program execution success.
• Oversee a $200M+ program portfolio and grow with evolving customer needs.
• Identify and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and FOPRs related to SLCM-N development opportunities.
