Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) seeks a Program Director 1 to lead the Sea-Launched Cruise Missile program within the Future Concepts business. Location: Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, manage a $200M+ portfolio, respond to RFIs/RFPs, brief senior leaders, and collaborate across NG sectors to deliver cross-domain solutions while upholding Northrop Grumman leadership values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 10+ years of related experience or Master’s with 8+ years.
• Experience in project/program management and leadership roles.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Top Secret and SAP clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple contracts to deliver program outcomes.
• Manage a $200M+ portfolio and respond to RFIs/RFPs/FOPRs.
• Brief customers at senior levels and align with NG Sectors.
• Collaborate to drive cross-domain solutions and mutual success.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; drive program execution.
• Set resource and facility requirements to meet commitments.
