Job summary

PAI in White Bear Lake, MN seeks a Program Director to lead two Day Support Services programs, ensuring licensure compliance and high-quality, person-centered services for adults with disabilities.

You will supervise Program Supervisors, partner with HR for hiring, manage incident reviews and corrective actions under 245D, and foster continuous program improvement with guardians and case managers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in human services required.
• Experience with 245D licensing, incident reporting, and corrective action strongly desired.
• 21+ years of age.
• Able to pass DHS Background Study and OIG check; clearance to provide direct services without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Program Supervisors and staff.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and retention; manage performance and investigations.
• Serve as the Designated Manager under 245D licensing rules; ensure licensing compliance and incident response.
• Ensure person-centered services and coordination with guardians, providers, and case managers.
• Support growth by engaging Admissions Manager for tours and intake processes.
• Lead program quality, continuous improvement, and innovation across services.
