Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a full time Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to provide personal care services for adults with physical disabilities at our White Bear Lake location.

You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure residents receive medications, help with meals, and perform duties to improve quality of life. You may supervise staff in the Program Manager's absence and communicate important information to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to perform job functions with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to adults with physical disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medications.
• Prepare meals and other duties to improve residents' quality of life.
• Observe and communicate information to the Program Manager; act as staff in charge in their absence.
