Job summary

PAI in White Bear Lake is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help adults with disabilities build skills, confidence and connection during daytime hours.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with shifts around 7:30-2:00 or 8:45-3:15, totaling 33 hours per week, in our Day Program. The role offers benefits and a $1,000 sign-on bonus to start.

$19.50 hourly + $1000 Sign-On Bonus for all FT DSPs

Regular full-time DSPs typically work 33 hours per week.
