Riverside Community Care seeks a Program Director for Connect2Recovery (C2R) to lead daily operations, ensure quality of care, and supervise staff. The role oversees contracts and billing while maintaining financial accountability and sustainability within the program.

The Program Director will coordinate with the wider service system to ensure continuity of care, with a 40-hour workweek and on-site duties in Massachusetts.

The Program Director of Connect2Recovery (C2R) plans, directs and participates in the daily operation of the program ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and supervision and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of care.

The Program Director also oversees program contracts, third-party billing and authorization processes, and the program’s overall financial management to support fiscal accountability, compliance, and sustainability.

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours

• Monday through Friday 9-5 with on-call hours as needed

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
