Job summary

Sevita, through ResCare Community Living, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered supports to individuals with disabilities. The role includes supervising caregivers, assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and coordinating community activities.

The position offers full-time/part-time opportunities with a focus on staff development, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality client care within community-based settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance required.
• Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement through outings or transportation to work or activities.
