Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Program Director to oversee the CPA program, ensuring services align with treatment plans and service packages. You will supervise all child placement staff, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards at the branch level.

The role requires strategic leadership, coordination with DFPS/SSCC partners, and accountability for service delivery, audits, and staff development within a dynamic foster care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university.
• LCPAA eligibility or eligible within 1 year for Texas programs.
• 3-5 years of experience working with children in the child welfare industry.
• 2-3 years of progressive supervisory and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in home study panels for new foster families and assign case management staff to homes and clients.
• Ensure new-hire and annual training completion for child placement staff.
• Conduct monthly supervision with child placement staff to review case progress and compliance.
• Assign and monitor caseload sizes for appropriate service delivery.
• Review foster parent billing statements to validate reimbursements.
• Act as after-hours supervisor for client and family emergencies.
• Participate in hiring and termination processes for child placement staff.
• Operate as office leadership and agency liaison to support a healthy office culture.
