Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Family Home Developer to lead family assessment, preservice foster/adopt regulatory compliance, home study coordination, and family certification in Texas.

The role involves coordinating licensure meetings, audits, and information requests, while ensuring adherence to standards and agency policies. A Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field plus experience with children and families are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and families.
• Licensed Social Workers may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Screen prospective foster families for eligibility.
• Oversee paperwork and training requirements for foster/adoptive families.
• Perform home verifications and file audits prior to home studies.
• Coordinate the home study process after paperwork and Pre-Service Training.
• Conduct licensure meetings and coordinate with Intake and Programs teams.
• Review Minimum Standards, Contracts, and COA requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate information requests with prospective foster parents and follow up.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services or a related field
