• Administration, organization, evaluation, and implementation of the overall effectiveness of the Physician Assistant program.
• Leads development and revision of mission, goals, and program competencies.
• Oversees accreditation compliance with ARC-PA and SACS standards.
• Develops budget requests and manages departmental budget.
• Mentors faculty, supports faculty development, and participates in program evaluation.
