Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field, with NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of five years of full-time PA faculty experience in an accredited program.
• Current NCCPA certification and eligibility for senior faculty rank.
• Experience leading accreditation processes (ARC-PA) and program budgeting.
• Strong record of teaching, scholarship, and service.

Responsibilities

• Administer the PA program, oversee evaluation and implementation of the overall effectiveness of the program.
• Provide strategic leadership, planning, staffing, and fiscal management for the department.
• Ensure compliance with ARC-PA accreditation standards and policies.
• Manage curriculum development, assessment, and program outcomes.
• Engage in teaching duties, serve on committees, and mentor faculty and students.
