Cancer Support Community Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead the growth and coordination of program operations in the Atlanta area. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will supervise licensed staff and oversee an extensive schedule of support groups, classes, and activities.

The role requires a licensed mental health professional in Georgia, with 5+ years of postgraduate management and clinical experience, plus strong presentation and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master-level mental health professional licensed to practice in Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years of postgraduate management and clinical experience.
• Proven presenter, trainer, and communicator (oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to develop programs and strategic plans with budgets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage staff and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program operations across the Atlanta community.
• Supervise licensed instructors and facilitators.
• Oversee calendar of events including support groups, classes, and social activities.
• Develop and manage program budgets and strategic plans.
• Engage with local nonprofits and healthcare partners to expand outreach.
