Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in related fields.
• Current driver license; preferred licensure (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW).
• 1-3 years related experience; 3-5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Connections' remote call center and IT systems.
• Assist Executive Director with monthly expense oversight to keep operations on target.
• Coordinate staffing, performance, and disciplinary actions; manage daily workflow of staff.
• Develop and procure contacts for mobile/tele assessments, telepsychiatry and service line growth.
