Job summary

Cancer Support Community East Tennessee is seeking a Program Director to provide leadership, administration, and oversight of all clinical and community member-focused programs. The role ensures high-quality services, staff supervision, budget control, and collaboration with partners.

The PD will develop and evaluate programs, supervise clinicians and interns, manage reporting, and foster CSCET’s mission of supportive care for people affected by cancer in the East Tennessee region.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical licensure in Tennessee (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PhD in psychology).
• Minimum three years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and supervise interns/adjunct instructors.

Responsibilities

• Lead program development and evaluation across clinical and community services.
• Supervise clinical facilitators, adjunct instructors, and interns.
• Provide direct clinical services and ensure program quality and compliance.
• Manage budgets, generate statistical reports, and ensure policy adherence.
• Engage with community partners and healthcare/academic organizations to advance CSCET’s mission.
