Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in the United States seeks a Program Director, PSR to lead a department that helps individuals improve social, vocational, educational, and independent living skills. The role may serve as the qualified professional in assigned departments and provide service-based supervision to staff.

You’ll plan and manage day-to-day operations, develop budgets, and work with professionals to implement person-centered care. Driving and travel may be required as part of field work.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, and/or substance use disorder.
• Qualified Professional requirements per 10A NCAC 27G .0104 include various degree combinations.
• Supervisory experience is required (2–4 years).

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, organize and implement activities to manage day-to-day operations within assigned department/programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets in a fiscally sound manner.
• Provide direction to staff and supervise paraprofessional staff.
• Monitor performance and ensure program compliance with policies and regulations.
• Attend meetings and ensure service quality and program improvement.
